Gather friends or colleagues for a weekly session of vinyasa yoga that will reinvigorate and connect your mind & body. Pop-up yoga classes are offered at a location most convenient for you (private home, backyard, local park, workplace, etc) and can also be held at a local studio space.
Private Group Classes
60 minute class: $15 per person
75 minute class: $20 per person
60 minute class PLUS 20 min meditation session: $30 per person

I believe my students should have the freedom and comfort to experience yoga in their own personal way. It is their yoga practice and I am simply a guide to help them explore how they feel in physical postures (asanas) and meditation.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) living in Ann Arbor, Michigan, trained to teach several styles of yoga: Ashtanga Primary series (short form), Vinyasa (slow burn, blend, and power), and Yin (restorative). I hold a master’s degree in business and an undergraduate degree in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science. I'm also First Aid/CPR certified through American Red Cross.
