Classes

Public Yoga Classes

In these energizing and mindful vinyasa yoga classes, we synchronize breath with movement. We will turn inward, build progressive sequences, and encourage mind/body connection through longer holding postures. Each practice is built around a theme. Classes are fully guided. All levels welcome!

VinYin

A hybrid style class (Vinyasa + Yin) which slowly builds sequences and offers gentle transitions between postures. The first part of the class is a slow burn style vinyasa flow with the second part solely focused on yin restorative yoga. An amazing way to start your week!

Morning Vinyasa

This vinyasa yoga class is an energizing practice and a bit more intermediate with more challenging transitions and balancing postures. We will turn inward, build progressive sequences, and cultivate mind/body connection through longer holding postures.

Power Flow Vinyasa

A more advanced class, Power Flow incorporates more challenging transitions and balancing postures, in addition to arm balancing and inversions.

About me

I believe my students should have the freedom and comfort to experience yoga in their own personal way. I am simply a guide to help them explore how they feel in physical postures (asanas) and meditation.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) living in Ann Arbor, Michigan, trained to teach several styles of yoga: Ashtanga Primary series (short form), Vinyasa, and Yin (restorative). I hold a master’s degree in business and an undergraduate degree in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science.
